According to the automotive business-intelligence firm JATO Dynamics, more than half of the model-year 2020 vehicles sold in the United States are likely to be equipped with four-wheel drive. 

Regardless of whether this prediction holds true, the trend is undeniable. As four-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive systems become cheaper and more efficient, they’re becoming more popular with motorists.
