SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Federal-Mogul Motorparts’ Wagner Lighting brand is helping consumers save money while preparing their vehicles for the fall and winter driving seasons through a special offer on Wagner premium replacement headlamps. From Oct. 1 through Nov. 30, consumers purchasing Wagner BriteLite, TruView PLUS and/or NightDefense headlamp capsules can qualify for a $10 mail-in rebate. Federal-Mogul Motorparts is a division of Federal-Mogul Holdings Corp.

“There is no better time to think about upgrading your visibility than in October, which as National Headlamp Month helps raise awareness of the importance of gaining a clearer, safer view of the road before the end of Daylight Savings Time,” said Tracy Neil, brand manager, Federal-Mogul Motorparts. “This special offer not only provides significant savings to consumers who upgrade their headlamps to premium technologies but will also help them keep safe behind the wheel.”

Federal-Mogul Motorparts says the Wagner Lighting brand offers a comprehensive line of quality lighting products for any automotive replacement need. These include Wagner BriteLite capsules, which deliver 80 percent more light to the road and project a beam pattern that is 120 feet longer than standard halogen headlamps, according to the company. Federal-Mogul states that the Wagner TruView PLUS capsules offer the “Purest, Whitest Light” among replacement capsules to provide the look of high-intensity discharge (HID) lamps, and provide exceptional forward visibility without projecting the glare commonly associated with HID systems. Wagner NightDefense headlamps provide an enhanced field of vision so the driver can better see not only the road, but also signs and other roadside objects. These lamps have an exclusive tri-color/tri-zone coating that disperses light that is up to 40 percent brighter for optimum viewing and projects a beam pattern that is up to 60 feet longer than competing lamps, the company says.

To receive a mail-in rebate, consumers must purchase a qualifying Wagner Lighting product during the program period, then visit www.WagnerLightingRebate.com to pre-submit their rebate. Consumers have the option of scanning and uploading their proof of purchase online or mailing their receipt to promotional headquarters. Rebate submissions must be postmarked or uploaded within 14 days of purchase. Visit www.WagnerLightingRebate.com for other rules and restrictions.
