AASA Know Your Parts Launches New Diagnostics Campaign At AAPEX

The campaign is funded and sponsored by AASA member suppliers: ACDelco, BBB Industries, CARDONE Industries, DENSO, Motorcar Parts, Remy International and Robert Bosch.

LAS VEGAS – The Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) Know Your Parts campaign has launched its rotating electrical campaign, the second in a series of category specific campaigns designed to educate technicians, shop owners, service writers and other industry repair professionals on the importance of running diagnostics and the value of installing quality premium parts.

The campaign is funded and sponsored by AASA member suppliers: ACDelco, BBB Industries, CARDONE Industries, DENSO, Motorcar Parts, Remy International and Robert Bosch.

The new campaign, created by Montgomery Advertising (MontAd), kicked off at AAPEX this week and will run through 2015. In addition to the dedicated microsite and the AAPEX exhibit, the Know Your Parts rotating electrical campaign will include a fully mobile optimized site, an app designed specifically for service professionals and a strong social component.

The Know Your Parts rotating electrical microsite features unique articles, graphics and videos as well as informative content from sponsor companies. All of the content educates the repair professional audience on the importance of thorough diagnostics in order to prevent “comeback” and to maximize bay time at independent shops.

The Know Your Parts booth also features brochures, reports and more information about the campaign.

Details about the campaign are available at the Know Your Parts website, www.KnowYourParts.com and the AASA website, www.aftermarketsuppliers.org.
