The Parts House Expands, Acquires Locations In Valdosta And Albany, Ga.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Parts House (TPH) has announced the acquisition of two Georgia-based locations from Johnson Industries Inc. (JI). TPH will maintain the former JI locations in Valdosta and Albany, Ga., and will service those locations from its Jacksonville, Fla., distribution center.

President and CEO David Honig said, “The additional locations will be essential for maintaining high-quality service in our growing Georgia market. TPH will distribute our complete product offering. We are excited about the new opportunities these locations will bring.”

The acquisition of these two locations will also improve TPH’s well-established team with the addition of a number of qualified and experienced associates, the company said. The combined strengths of the companies will be utilized to provide exemplary customer service and parts knowledge to customers, TPH said.

The Parts House (TPH) is one of the largest warehouse distributors of premium-quality automotive and heavy-duty truck parts and accessories in the Southeastern United States and Caribbean. TPH is a Parts Plus member of the Automotive Distribution Network.
