LAKE FOREST, Ill. – Autolite, a division of UCI-FRAM AutoBrands, recently completed a series of strategic personnel hires, including the appointment of Josh Gordon as vice president of sales and marketing. The announcement of Gordon’s hire comes on the heels of Mike Mizusawa joining as president of Autolite in August 2014.

Gordon joins Autolite from FRAM Filtration, where he most recently served as director of marketing and sales. Gordon will focus on strengthening commercial initiatives at Autolite in 2015, and oversee all advertising, customer programs, key accounts and training. Mizusawa brings extensive management experience to Autolite, having most recently served as president and CEO of New Hampshire Industries.

“We’re thrilled to add an individual with Josh’s experience, skill set and passion to the Autolite team,” said Mizusawa. “His leadership will help continue to grow Autolite’s reputation as the go-to spark plug brand of choice for North America and expand our offerings into new markets.”

Gordon has more than 15 years of marketing and sales experience in consumer goods. Prior to his time with FRAM, Gordon held marketing and sales roles at Mars Chocolate and SC Johnson. Gordon and Mizusawa will be based in Lake Forest, Ill.
