Uni-Select Acquires Ray’s Auto Paints & Supplies And Sandhills Automotive Refinishes

According to Uni-Select, these acquisitions strengthen FinishMaster’s footprint in Southern California and complement existing operations in the North Carolina market, respectively.

BOUCHERVILLE, Quebec – Uni-Select Inc. announced today that its Finish Master lnc. Subsidiary has acquired the assets of two aftermarket distributors: Ray’s Auto Paints & Supplies Inc. in North Hollywood, California, and Sandhills Automotive Refinishes Inc. in Fayetteville, North Carolina. According to Uni-Select, these acquisitions strengthen FinishMaster’s footprint in Southern California and complement existing operations in the North Carolina market, respectively.

Ray’s Auto Paint & Supplies has served the market for more than 40 years from a single location in North Hollywood. Superior customer service and strong technical support are longstanding fundamentals of the operation and a perfect complement to Finish Master’s vision and core values, according to Uni-Select. FinishMaster currently operates 27 other locations in California.

Sandhills Automotive Refinishes has been serving the Fayetteville market since 1999. This addition broadens FinishMaster’s reach in Fayetteville through gained distribution rights of an additional paint line. FinishMaster currently operates six locations in North Carolina.
