DENVER — Gates Corp., a global diversified manufacturer of industrial, automotive, and heavy-duty products, announces its automotive and heavy-duty aftermarket marketing programs and promotions for 2016.

The plan includes three targeted promotional programs that are designed to support Gates core product lines, increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

“We are very excited to launch some exciting new promotional programs,” said Todd Hack, vice president automotive aftermarket at Gates Corp. “Each program was carefully developed to appeal to our target audiences, drive growth, and support the valuable partnerships that we have built over many years of doing business in the industry.”

The promotional plan includes the following programs:

• Serpentine system promotion for automotive car and light truck professional service centers. The program is designed to stimulate higher ticket sales and increase customer satisfaction with a complete and preventive serpentine system repair. Professional service centers will have the opportunity to earn Visa prepaid cards for additional component installation. Promotion runs now through July 31, 2016.

• Heavy-duty dealer stock-up promotion for fleets. Objectives of the program are to increase awareness of the value of a complete system repair by inspecting and replacing components at the same time, while giving fleets the opportunity to receive a stock-up incentive. Promotion runs now through July 31, 2016.

• Partnership program for automotive and heavy-duty warehouse distributor and jobber representatives. The program’s purpose is to enable channel representatives with tools to help them develop business with Gates products and to receive rewards for their commitment. The program includes up to $12,000 in cash prizes for participating representatives, including Visa prepaid cards and a home theater system drawing. Promotion runs now through October 31, 2016.
