Political Analyst Chris Cillizza To Speak At Auto Care Association Fall Leadership Days

Cillizza, a political analyst and Washington Post writer, will be the keynote speaker at the Leadership Luncheon on Thursday, Sept. 8, during the 2016 Auto Care Association Fall Leadership Days in Washington, D.C.

Cillizza is one of the top 50 journalists working in Washington, according to the Washingtonian. He became the first reporter from a major news organization to do online work as a White House political correspondent after joining The Washington Post in 2005. He has reported on gubernatorial races and southern House races for Charlie Cook’s Cook Political Report and spent five years at Roll Call covering the legislative and political events of Capitol Hill. 

Cillizza is most well-known as founder of the weblog, The Fix, which is one of the most widely-read blogs in Washington. He has provided political commentary as a guest on CNN, Fox News Channel and MSNBC, and his freelance pieces have appeared in top publications like The Atlantic Monthly, the Washingtonian and Slate

The 2016 Fall Leadership Days is scheduled for Sept. 7-9 at the Renaissance Hotel Downtown in Washington, D.C. Fall Leadership Days brings together more than 350 volunteer leaders and auto care industry VIPs for several days of meetings, including standing, segment and special committees and advisory groups, the executive committee and board of directors.
