Standard Motor Products Inc. Announces Supply Agreement With PurePower Technologies

The agreement will leverage SMP’s proven marketing and distribution strategies to deliver PurePower Technologies’ premium diesel products to the automotive aftermarket, including new and remanufactured diesel fuel injectors, the company says.

NEW YORK — Standard Motor Products Inc. (NYSE: SMP), an automotive replacement parts manufacturer and distributor, announces a new supply agreement with PurePower Technologies.

The agreement will leverage SMP’s proven marketing and distribution strategies to deliver PurePower Technologies’ premium diesel products to the automotive aftermarket, including new and remanufactured diesel fuel injectors, the company says. Highlighting the offering are new OE-production injectors for 6.0L, 6.4L and I6 engines.

SMP is well-positioned as a leader in the automotive aftermarket diesel category providing a combination of outstanding product and the broadest coverage. SMP offers hundreds of diesel parts in dozens of unique diesel categories, and is a basic manufacturer in most of them.
