Airtex-ASC Names New Customer Services Manager

In her new position, Moneypenny will manage the day-to-day operations of the Airtex-ASC customer service team.

Airtex-ASC has named Wendy Moneypenny as its new customer services manager. In her new position, Moneypenny will manage the day-to-day operations of the Airtex-ASC customer service team as well as design and implement new processes and operational policies to ensure that customer needs are addressed and expectations are fulfilled.

“We are very pleased to welcome Wendy to the Airtex-ASC team as our new customer services manager,” saidCharles Harris, senior director of sales and marketing for Airtex-ASC. “Wendy brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Her knowledge and leadership skills make her the ideal manager to initiate new, proactive programs that will help Airtex-ASC best serve its growing customer base.”

Moneypenny comes to Airtex-ASC from Amerimark Direct, a direct marketing company in Middleburg Heights, Ohio where she held the roles of vice president of customer services and director of customer services. She also served as customer service manager at Time Warner Cable in North Canton, Ohio.

A graduate of the University of Akron with a Bachelor degree in computer science, Moneypenny also holds a Master of Science degree in computer systems management from the University of Maryland.
