CRC Industries is partnering with NAPA Auto Parts to support the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, a not-for-profit organization that serves U.S. military personnel suffering from traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress.
The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund (IFHF) builds much-needed treatment centers for U.S. military personnel suffering the effects of traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress, helping them continue to serve on active duty and enjoy a productive life. Since 2000, the fund has raised more than $200 million for facilities, programs and financial support benefiting severely wounded military personnel and families of military personnel who have died while serving our country, according to the organization.
CRC is providing consumers the opportunity to support the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund when they purchase select popular CRC products, including the No. 1-selling CRC Brākleen brake-parts cleaner, at participating NAPA stores. CRC will donate a portion of its sales to the fund during the months of September and October. Consumers should look for the military-themed CRC product displays in stores and special product promotions benefiting the fund at NAPAonline.com.
“We at CRC are extremely grateful for the sacrifices made by the men and women who serve our country,” said Scott Grey, president of CRC Industries. “We are honored to make this financial contribution to IFHF through our partnership with NAPA.”
NAPA Auto Parts has been a major contributor to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund since 2012.
“NAPA has a very large military family, including our employees and our customers who have served or are actively serving in the armed forces,” said Dan Askey, president of NAPA Auto Parts. “One of our top priorities is ensuring this family has the support it deserves.”
CRC also will donate $100 for each CRC SmartWasher bioremediating parts-washing system sold through NAPA between Sept. 1 and Dec. 31.
