Akebono Expands its Pro-ACT, Akebono Performance and EURO Disc Brake-Pad Offerings

Akebono Brake Corp. has announced seven new part numbers for Chevrolet, Ram, Fiat and Land Rover vehicles.

The product expansion includes one Pro-ACT, one Akebono Performance and five SKUs in the company’s EURO line of disc brake-pad kits.

“We continue to expand our offering in 2019,” said Edward Gerhardt, marketing & data services manager, Akebono Brake Corp. “These seven new part numbers expand our coverage by almost 1 million vehicles. 

“With this release, we now have full coverage for the new Chevrolet Malibu, added front pads for the commercial-use Ram ProMaster City, Fiat 500L and a slew of Land Rovers. All four Land Rover parts include the electronic wear sensor and hardware kits. Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Discovery and LR4 owners now have the chance to experience great-braking, dust-free performance from Akebono.”
