WHI Solutions Warehouse and Store Management platforms integrate with GCommerce for EDI

Both the MacCel and AutoEase systems are now capable of Three-Way Match.

Des Moines, Iowa — GCommerce Inc. has integrated to WHI Solutions Warehouse and Store Management platforms to allow a joint electronic data interchange (EDI) capability enabling distributors on WHI platforms to seamlessly exchange electronic purchase orders (POs), acknowledgements, advance shipping notices (ASNs), and Invoices with the hundreds of aftermarket manufacturers on the GCommerce Network.

In addition, both the MacCel and AutoEase systems are now capable of Three-Way Match, a comparison of what was ordered vs. shipped/received vs. invoiced, which eliminates the manual reconciliation currently required by a distributor. This feature also includes discrepancy reporting, which enables the distributor to quickly and easily see any variance.

“Integrating to GCommerce and implementing the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) endorsed Super Spec, enables our customers to automate the purchase to payment cycle with their vendors,” said Bryan Murphy, CEO of WHI Solutions. “Three-Way Match automation on our distribution management systems allows a distributor to eliminate a significant amount of existing work and increase profitability.”
