Auto Biz Solutions Expands Training Services

Many counter professionals and outside sales reps have either never had any formal training or could use a tune-up, Allen Markowitz says.

Started by Allen Markowitz and Allan Gerber in 2010 after 40 year careers in both the automotive aftermarket with a chain of five parts stores and the automotive repair industry with a high-end service center, Auto Biz Solutions is now working with independent jobbers providing a menu of consulting and training services.

Many of the calls Auto Biz Solutions receives are from jobbers looking for counter and outside sales force training. Many counter professionals and outside sales reps have either never had any formal training or could use a tune-up, Markowitz says. Modern sales techniques and customer analysis are necessary to keep ahead in the highly competitive market place of the automotive aftermarket

With the addition of John Sweitzer, another 40-year industry veteran, Auto Biz Solutions is now offering Counterman Training, Outside Salesman Training, Mystery Shopper Programs, Store design or re-design, Key Customer Meetings, Succession Planning as well as Installer Seminars covering topics such as Service Writer Training and Financial Management Workshops.
