Auto-Wares Acquires Thompson Auto Supply

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Auto-Wares Group of Companies announced today that it will be acquiring Thompson Auto Supply of St. Charles and Batavia, Ill. This acquisition includes two store locations that are owned and operated by brothers Bill, Dan and Tom Ryan. These independent stores have been in business for 41 years.
