The Automotive Distribution Network continues to expand the group’s Parts Plus footprint across the country with the recent signing of Franklin, Tennessee-based OMNIPARTS.

“The Network is proud to welcome OMNIPARTS to The Network as a shareholder,” said David Prater, president of The Network. “OMNIPARTS is representative of the changing face of the aftermarket. They offer a unique business model with a strong business plan that includes strategic growth across a wide variety of markets. We are proud that they see the value in the services The Network offers and chose us as a partner moving forward. We look forward to exploring not only what OMNIPARTS can benefit from as a shareholder, but also the opportunities they can provide to our existing shareholders.”

The business is expanding rapidly across the nation, with branch operations in Nashville, Dallas and Orlando. The company plans to open five additional stores in 2019, increasing that number annually.

In addition to the United States, OMNIPARTS has plans to expand into Mexico, where The Network already has a presence. The Network currently has nine warehouse distributors operating multiple locations from the border region down into Guatemala.

“The Network has programs and systems that will allow us to hit the ground running and meet our very aggressive targets,” said John Mosunic, CEO of OMNIPARTS. “We are excited about the opportunities being a shareholder brings to our organization and look forward to rapidly deploying the programs that The Network offers.”
