Bond Auto Parts Selects Autopart From MAM Software To Support Growth And Gain Efficiencies

Automotive aftermarket business management software provides point of sale, inventory, accounting, purchasing and business intelligence.

BARRE, Vt. and ALLENTOWN, Pa. – MAM Software Inc. has announced that Bond Auto Parts, one of the top ranked auto parts chains in the country, has chosen Autopart business management software for the automotive aftermarket. Bond will implement the solution to manage more than 45 store locations throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and New York. The software will be used to streamline processes, improve inventory accuracy, integrate data from business units and support continued company growth.

According to MAM, Autopart is a versatile business-management solution that seamlessly fuses all sales, stock management, accounting and reporting processes. The software coordinates, organizes and combines everything from quote preparation and stock management to accounting and database management.

"Our current software system served us well for many years," said Craig Bond, president, Auto Parts Warehouse (Bond Warehouse Division). "However, as the company grew, we had to piece meal modules to the system to gain the functionality we needed. When we saw what MAM Software had to offer, we realized there is a better way."

Autopart will provide key business management functionality for Bond Auto Parts, including point of sale, inventory management, forecasting, purchasing, warehouse management, reporting, business intelligence and a fully-integrated accounting package.

"Right away, we liked what we saw with the MAM system and we know it is the right technology to help Bond Auto Parts continue to grow and prosper," said Bond. "The system is flexible and has great depth in functionality. Also, since it is a Windows system, it seems intuitive and easy to operate."

"We are pleased to welcome Bond Auto Parts to our thriving group of Autopart users," said Brian Allibon, president of MAM Software’s Autopart division. "I’m excited for them to see our software in action, and all of us at MAM Software look forward to supporting their business goals as we both grow as companies."
