MAT Holdings And Honeywell Reach Licensing Agreement

MAT Holdings is granted an exclusive license for the use of the BENDIX trademark on automotive braking products to be sold in the United States.

LONG GROVE, Ill. – MAT Holdings Inc., a global manufacturer and distributor of products in the automotive, hardware and power equipment sectors, and Honeywell, a Fortune 100 diversified technology and manufacturing leader, have reached an agreement under which MAT Holdings is granted an exclusive license for the use of the BENDIX trademark on automotive braking products to be sold in the United States.
 
As a major manufacturer in the brake business, MAT Holdings says it is well-positioned to maintain the strong position and serve the future interests of U.S. BENDIX customers through a licensing agreement with Honeywell.
