Registration Opens For 2016 Women’s Board Summer Leadership Conference In Indianapolis

The day and a half education and networking conference will be held July 27-28 at the Westin in Indianapolis.

BETHESDA, Md. – Registration is now open for the Car Care Council Women’s Board (WB) 2016 Summer Leadership Conference. The day and a half education and networking conference will be held July 27-28, 2016, at the Westin in Indianapolis, Ind.

“The Women’s Board Leadership Conference is uniquely designed to provide top-notch networking and education opportunities for women in the auto care industry,” said Amy Mattinat, Women’s Board president. “We continue to receive excellent reviews from past attendees who find high value in our mentoring program, and our robust agenda featuring current industry trends and high quality speakers who help to advance their careers.”

Speakers at the conference include Bill Hanvey, president and CEO, Auto Care Association and Rich White, executive director, Car Care Council. Attendees will also hear engaging speakers covering personal and professional development topics.

The summer conference will also include a special networking event for attendees under the age of 40 to learn and network with the Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG). First-time YANG attendees will receive the Women’s Board associate discount.

The conference is open to both male and female Women’s Board associates and non-associates who are looking to make a difference in women and the auto care industry. A complete agenda will be available soon, and early-bird pricing ends July 1, 2016.

The Women Board’s top four programs are the Automotive Communications Awards, the Women of the Year Awards, its very popular mentoring program and scholarship program. This year, the Women’s Board will be giving away $50,000 in scholarships to deserving female students.
