TRW’s Premium Chassis Program Tops 3,000 Mark

Complementing TRW's range of premium, all-makes brake pads, and with a strong focus on European and Asian Pacific references, this range extension of 531 parts will provide additional coverage on 132 million vehicles.

WIXOM, Mich. – TRW’s North American (NA) Aftermarket Group has extended its all makes premium chassis program by an addition 527 SKUs. The total number of SKUs available from TRW now exceeds 3,000.
 
Mark Thorpe, product and marketing group manager, TRW Aftermarket North America, said, “Our OE knowledge and experience translates into an aftermarket program that comprises the highest quality and the most appropriate and timely references. This, together with the added value extras that we offer, is what differentiates TRW from the competition.”
 
The range extension comprises:
•92 tie rod ends
•64 stabilizer links
•Eight bellows
•17 Ball Joints
•Three tie rod assembly parts
•171 control arms
•Two drag links
•One idler arm
•27 inner tie rod ends
•One Pitman arm
 
"Covering 94 percent of the aftermarket, we intend to release a large number of additional SKUs by the end of 2014. This all helps to ensure that we remain the partner of choice across North America," said Thorpe.
 
Complementing TRW’s range of premium, all-makes brake pads, and with a strong focus on European and Asian Pacific references, this range extension of 531 parts will provide additional coverage on 132 million vehicles.
 
Major differentiators of the program include the offer of low-friction plastic seat OE technology and the inclusion in the product box of all installation hardware and fitting instructions, to save the installer time and avoid fitment error. In addition, the program is supported by the highest quality sales and marketing material and is backed by full technical support.    
 
Building on its relationships with the vehicle manufacturers, the program is manufactured to exacting OE standards by TRW at its leading global manufacturing facilities across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
