MAM Software To Demonstrate Cloud-Enabled Business Tools, Tablet Applications At AAPEX, SEMA

Attendees will preview new business management software features and applications.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. — MAM Software Inc. is pleased to announce its participation in the upcoming Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week (AAIW) in Las Vegas. Consisting of the AAPEX and SEMA Shows, the AAIW is the largest Aftermarket event in the world, with over 100,000 professionals attending.

MAM will demonstrate its automotive aftermarket software solutions that streamline processes, improve efficiency and enhance customer service, the company says. Products will be on display in booth No. 1873 at AAPEX from Nov. 4-6 at the Sands Expo Center, Las Vegas; and in No. 40083 at SEMA from Nov. 4-7 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

At AAPEX, MAM Software will showcase a variety of new business management solutions, including the latest versions of Autopart, its Windows-based point-of-sale, inventory and e-commerce system for parts distributors, retailers and jobbers; and Autopart Online, the SaaS version of Autopart.

Additionally, AAPEX attendees can learn more about Autocat+, MAM’s groundbreaking electronic catalog software and last year’s AAPEX Product Showcase Award for Business Tools winner. Autocat+ enables cloud cataloging for real-time online retrieval of product updates, and eliminates data latency issues to get new products on retailers’ shelves and into consumers’ hands faster than ever before.

MAM also will be showcasing tools that work seamlessly with their business management solutions, including SalesRep, a feature-rich tablet app for field-based sales representatives and a fully integrated Warehouse Management System (WMS) that provides extensive functionality from goods-receiving and putaway to picking, packing and shipment. Attendees will also have an opportunity to learn more about MAM’s e-commerce solutions, including the OpenWebs e-commerce solution and Autowork Online, a browser-based business management solution for the auto repair shop. A few of the new OpenWebs e-commerce features that can be viewed at the booth include:

•Paypal integration into the OpenWebs Shopping Cart. Allows customers on COD or who wish to pay by credit card to do so right after placing an order.

•Sell-side integration to American Tire Distributors

•Display of tire promotion/sale information in OpenWebs as entered into VAST POS or VAST Wholesale

At SEMA, MAM will showcase its VAST Enterprise business management and Point of Sale system for Retail, Multi-Store, and Wholesale.  The solution, which recently published its latest version release, helps automotive service providers and tire dealers manage daily business operations, including estimating, sales, order processing, accounting and reporting.  As with AAPEX, they will also feature the OpenWebs e-commerce solution.

“We’re excited about the new products and features we will be unveiling at the SEMA and AAPEX shows,” said Mike Jamieson, CEO of MAM Software.  “The Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week represents the most significant gathering of industry professionals in the Aftermarket industry and is a great platform for our introductions. Our new subscription models, e-commerce solutions and cloud cataloging tools are in high demand with our customers, and we’re eager to introduce them to the industry.”
