Uni-Select Completes The Acquisition Of Sea Hawk Refinish Line Inc.

Since 2003, Sea Hawk has been serving the greater Tampa Bay area with automotive and marine paint products, operating one store with 14 team members in sales and operations.

BOUCHERVILLE, Quebec – Uni-Select‘s subsidiary FinishMaster Inc. has completed the acquisition of assets of the Sea Hawk Refinish Line Inc., located in Clearwater, Fla.

This acquisition complements existing operations in the Florida market and strengthens FinishMaster’s ability to create consistent and exceptional customer experiences.

Since 2003, Sea Hawk has been serving the greater Tampa Bay area with automotive and marine paint products, operating one store with 14 team members in sales and operations. FinishMaster currently operates 27 other locations in Florida with a core focus on providing exceptional experience through superior distribution service and value-added operational and technical support.
