‘Aftermarket 101’ Class Scheduled for October

The program is specifically designed to help employees better understand how the automotive aftermarket is structured and operates.

Do you have an employee who needs to better understand the automotive aftermarket and its key players, trends, channels of distribution and customers? The University of the Aftermarket is holding its next “Aftermarket 101” class on Oct. 17-18 in Southfield, Michigan.

The program is specifically designed to help employees better understand how the industry is structured and operates. Participants will hear from each level of the supply chain (manufacturing, distribution and service dealer) and will learn about industry trends from aftermarket experts. There also will be a field trip to visit a traditional warehouse distributor (transportation is provided).

The class will be held at the OESA Michigan Office at 25925 Telegraph Road in Southfield, Michigan. The program begins at 9 a.m. on Oct. 17 and concludes at noon on Oct. 18.

The price of the program is $735 per attendee, with discounts available to companies that send more than three employees. Registration is open at universityoftheaftermarket.com.
