NetCom Introduces Point-of-Sale Software for Auto Parts Retailers

The point-of-sale system is designed to maximize productivity at the parts counter and equip stores to receive online orders from installers, according to the company.

NetCom, a Quebec-based e-catalog provider for the automotive aftermarket, has introduced NetCom POS for auto parts businesses.

The point-of-sale system is designed to maximize productivity at the parts counter and equip stores to receive online orders from installers, according to the company.

“Even though NetCom.Parts is being used daily by hundreds of professionals, most retailers need more than a freeware to run their business,” said Pascal Richard, CEO and president pf Partsmotive Inc, parent company of NetCom. “Our NetCom POS is the most affordable way for any retailer to start selling parts online.”

NetCom POS is a scalable solution that covers several needs, according to the company.

Counter professionals can use the Counter version as their primary search tool, eliminating the need to browse multiple manufacturer websites.

The Business version offers the same search functionality to installers and enables them to process online orders at any time.

The Retail version can help increase online sales by creating a web store for auto parts businesses.
