Fort Collins, Colorado-based C&W Truck & Trailer Parts is the newest member of HDA Truck Pride and the newest greenfield operation in the commercial-vehicle market.

C&W was founded by three heavy-duty aftermarket veterans: Steve Back, Steve Duszak and Joe Falsetto. With more than 100 years of combined experience, the three say they’re eager to serve the northern Colorado marketplace.

“The return of this partnership is eagerly anticipated and will position C&W well into the future,” said C&W President Steve Back. “Buying power, marketing strength and ancillary program availability are crucial to developing our new business’s momentum now, and in the long run.”

Tina Hubbard, chief operating officer of HDA Truck Pride, agreed.

“We couldn’t be prouder to see these gentlemen start C&W Truck & Trailer Parts in a marketplace that’s thirsty for customer-focused service and a complete commercial-vehicle parts offering,” Hubbard added. “We look forward to our future together.”
