Steve Switzer Joins NPW Companies As National Sales Manager

Switzer, a 30-year industry veteran, joined the NPW team on Feb. 10.

NPW Companies announced that Steve Switzer has joined the company as national sales manager to lead the company’s U.S. sales efforts.

Switzer will oversee the growth of NPW’s Auto Value, Bumper to Bumper and Confidence Plus Certified Service Center program as well as lead national account service chain growth efforts. He will take a seat on the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Inc.’s National Accounts committee.

Switzer, a 30-year industry veteran, joined the NPW team on Feb. 10.

He brings with him experience in selling for a manufacturer to warehouse distributors and jobbers, selling to installers and DIYers at a national chain, and managing multiple locations for a three-step WD before his most recent role as a regional sales manager for the Gates Corp.

Switzer’s experiences were gained at well-known companies such as Standard Motor Products, Carquest, Factory Motor Parts,and Gates.

“We have continued to expand our footprint across the U.S. with recent acquisitions. We are constantly looking at hiring the necessary talent to lead our sales efforts and move us forward,” said Larry Pacey, founder, president and CEO of NPW. “Steve comes from a varied background of experience in what we do today. We are confident his proven business leadership experiences will be a huge benefit to our future growth. We welcome Steve to the family.”
