Alliance Kicks Off Summer Shareholder Meeting

For the first time ever, three evening sessions will be held to gather shareholders and channel partners alike.

The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance begins its summer shareholder meeting this week in primetime.

For the first time ever, three evening sessions will be held to gather shareholders and channel partners alike. The “Late Night Show” atmosphere will bring a new element of entertainment to a virtual platform.

More than 500 shareholders and channel partners have registered for the meeting.

“We’re all too familiar with virtual meetings so we decided to change the format and bring a primetime feel to our presentations,” said John R. Washbish, president and CEO of the Alliance. “We’ve planned three evenings of exciting content for our shareholders and channel partners. As always, we’ll add a little Texas flair!”

Highlights from the meeting will include exclusive shareholder and channel-partner interviews as well as departmental updates from the Alliance’s category managements, information technology and sales & marketing teams. A focal point of the week will be the upcoming Jackpot Convention during AAPEX later this year. The November trade show will draw more than 4,000 Alliance attendees.

The Alliance will conclude the meetings on Friday with a principals only call for their North American and Latin American principals.
