APA Welcomes LaCava Brothers Auto Supply

Family-owned LaCava Brothers was founded in 1942.

Automotive Parts Associates (APA) recently welcomed LaCava Brothers Auto Supply in Fall River, Massachusetts, as the newest shareholder in the APA family.

Founded in 1942 by Mario LaCava and his two brothers, LaCava Brothers Auto Supply provides automotive parts and services to business, commercial and personal accounts in the Fall River area.

LaCava Brothers continues to be family-owned and family-operated to this day. Jay Berube, manager, grew up in the automotive industry and has been working in it full-time since 1987. His mother, Janet LaCava Berube, is the president and sole owner.

When asked why they decided to join APA, Jay Berube attributed it to LaCava Brothers’ growth. “We’ve grown so much, especially over the last three years,” he said, adding, “APA has a lot to offer.”

“Growing together isn’t just a slogan for us. It’s why we’re here,” said Steve Tucker, president of APA. “We ‘re proud LaCava Brothers has decided to grow with us and we look forward to working with them.”
