Before a nationwide TV audience on NBCSN, Brad Keselowski captured the checkered flag at the NASCAR Federated Auto Parts 400 on Sept. 12 at Richmond Raceway.
The race marked Federated’s 25th consecutive year of involvement in NASCAR.
Prior to the start of the race, Federated member Tim Parks of Parks Auto Parts in Charleston, South Carolina, presided as the grand marshal of the Federated 400 and announced the traditional “drivers, start your engines” instructions. Federated recently honored Parks with its most prestigious member recognition, the Art Fisher Memorial Award.
“In celebration of this milestone with NASCAR and in conjunction with the Federated 400, we kicked off a special ‘Be a Federated Fan’ promotion for our Federated Car Care Center members,” said J.R. Bishop, motorsports and event marketing director for Federated Auto Parts. “Many thanks to our supplier partners for their participation and support. We are looking forward to being together at next year’s Federated 400 and hosting the grand-prize winners.”
