IRVINE, Calif. — Innova Electronics Corp. has enhanced its website at www.innova.com with lively new features and updates that will make it easier for customers to quickly find the information they need to complete vehicle repairs efficiently and accurately, the company says.

“Not only have we upgraded our website to give it a fresh and innovative look and feel, but we added several exciting new features to make it easier for us to interact with our customers,” said Niko Ruiz, product marketing manager, Innova Electronics Corp. “For example, the new online chat allows customers to directly communicate with our team of ASE certified technicians to get quick answers to their technical questions. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and this new feature is another example of how we are continuously adding value for our customers.”

New features to the Innova website include:

  • A vehicle procurement page allows the public to be part of Innova’s product testing. The engineering and product development teams are always on the lookout for vehicles to use in their product development research. Innova will post the vehicles that are needed so people can search the list and volunteer.
  • In addition to calling or e-mailing the customer service department for answers to technical questions, customers can now chat online with Innova reps in real-time to quickly get answers to their questions. The chat box is located in the lower right side of the website homepage.
  • Previously, customers had to wait until new products were about to be in stores in order to view them on the website. Now, customers can learn about the tools in advance through a new tool display that is visible through specific URLs. To view, simply type in the part number at the end of the URL.
