Nastvogel’s entry also was selected as the best photo submission of the month and he received an additional $250 Snap-on Tools gift card. His photo has been entered into the grand prize drawing for a trip for two to the 2014 SEMA show in Las Vegas, Nev.

Nastvogel’s customer came in complaining of noisy brakes and he found the pads were wearing unevenly and glazed as the photo on the www.safebraking.com site shows.

Contestants simply send in photos of their customers’ bad brake pads to enter to become a winner.

The promotion is co-sponsored by NUCAP Industries.
