According to the 2020 Counterman PARTS survey, nearly 50% of auto parts stores responding to the survey said they carry three or more brake-friction brands in their stores. 

Giving your customers plenty of options is a good thing.  But when it comes to replacement brake pads, how do you help your customers narrow things down to a product that’s right for them?
