Spectra Premium Introduces Automotive Intercoolers

This new category is currently comprised of 17 models.

BOUCHERVILLE, Quebec – Spectra Premium Industries has announced its intercooler offering for automotive and light-duty trucks. This new category is currently comprised of 17 models. The current coverage includes popular domestic trucks such as the Ford F-Series, GM C/K trucks, as well as European cars such as Volkswagen Golf/Jetta and Audi.

Higher fuel prices and governmental fuel economy regulations are driving vehicle manufacturers to increasingly look to turbocharged vehicles for improved fuel economy. Turbocharged vehicles require proper cooling from an intercooler, therefore this new automotive category will complement customers’ existing cooling offering and help grow their business, Spectra says.

As with all Spectra Premium parts, these intercoolers are engineered, developed and validated by the company’s team of Canadian engineers, ensuring they meet OE requirements, as well as North American market conditions. Spectra Premium intercoolers are designed to minimize pressure drop and maximize heat dissipation in order to achieve maximum engine operating efficiency.

The complete listing of these Intercoolers can be found in the Spectra Premium eCatalog at http://ecat.spectrapremium.com. In addition, a complete application catalog and sales flyer can be downloaded at http://mktg-us.spectrapremium.com.
