LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Louis Efron, former head of Global Employee Engagement for Tesla Motors, will deliver the keynote address, “Why Purpose Matters Most,” during the AAPEX 2015 General Session. Efron’s presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 4, from 8 a.m. – 8:50 a.m., PST, at the Venetian, Palazzo Ballroom, and there is no fee to attend.

Efron’s life and career have always been focused on people. As an award-winning human resources executive, entrepreneur, thought leader, writer, speaker, theatre director, producer, and founder of World Child Cancer USA, his passion and purpose involves enlightening, inspiring and teaching others.

For more than two decades, Efron has lived and worked throughout the United States, Europe, Africa and Asia. His work experience ranges from Broadway theatre to serving as Vice President of Human Resources for the Fortune 300 medical device company, Stryker. Efron most recently served as the Head of Global Employee Engagement at Tesla Motors.

Efron is a contributing writer for Forbes and the Huffington Post and the author of How to Find a Job, Career and Life You Love. He is currently working on his second book to help organizations transform their employee engagement, culture and business success.
