NPW Acquires Largest Jobber Store In Florida

Johnny's will be badged as an Auto Value store, bringing with it the national identity of the Alliance program group along with all of its marketing elements.

Chris Pacey, Executive Vice President & COO of nationwide distributor NPW and shareholder of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. announced the acquisition of Johnny’s Auto Parts based out of Miami on Monday, February 3rd.

Johnny’s Auto Parts, now 30 years in business, is a high volume jobber servicing DIYer’s from its seven-thousand square-foot store, has 10 parts specialists available 7 days a week and open every day except July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Johnny’s will be badged as an Auto Value store bringing with it the national identity of the Alliance program group along with all of its  marketing elements. Auto Value, Bumper to Bumper, and the Confidence Plus names are all part of the Alliance, the world’s premier aftermarket distribution and marketing program.

Rolando Cordero, owner of Johnny’s, remarked that he was pleased about the new NPW ownership in that NPW is a family owned and managed business and that he knew the Pacey family would keep the same traditions and practices that were developed over time that created the customer base that Johnny’s services.

NPW with this addition now has three store locations in the South Florida market and 40 stores nationwide, and 18 warehouse locations.
