Our shop services hybrids and also markets to hybrid car owners. Ninety-five percent of the maintenance service and repair work generated is normal, non-hybrid
powerplant related work. The only recommendation I have is hybrid service training for the technician and a very complete information system such as
Alldata, Mitchell, Motor and the OEM website access when necessary. A pair of protective electrician’s gloves is provided to each technician to be used
when indicated by the training and service information.
