Assuming stock ride height and tire size, and that everything is tight, the next logical step would be to check alignment, paying particular attention to toe and caster. Many Jeepers agree that these two alignment angles have the largest impact on the death wobble. Once you identify and fix the cause, you may consider upgrading your OEM steering damper. This won’t actually fix an existing problem, but it will help keep things under control in the future.
