AAM Group Recognizes Suppliers For Data Excellence

The AAM Group issues data evaluations to its suppliers after every data load.

The AAM Group recently recognized the A+ data performers among its supplier partners, as determined by its proprietary data-grading system.  

To create the most valuable data experience possible for AAM members, suppliers and resellers, the group issues data evaluations to its suppliers after every data load. Covering many aspects of quality and completeness, these data-grade cards highlight all the areas in which data shortcomings can be addressed, in order of impact from high to low.

Each year, AAM presents its highest data achievers with medals and certificates that recognize the effort that goes into creating outstanding data that enhances the success of stakeholders throughout the specialty automotive aftermarket supply chain. An A+ data award requires a data grade of 93 or above. This year, the following AAM partner suppliers earned the Quality Data Vendor distinction:

The AAM Group (Automotive Accessories Marketing USA Inc.) is the largest distribution group in the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) marketplace. Now in its 33rd year, the corporation was founded by eight high-performance warehouse distributors that sought to achieve cooperative scaled purchasing and marketing advantages. The AAM Group now counts 21 member-companies operating 53 distribution centers throughout North America.

The Piney Flats, Tennessee-based AAM Group manages product purchasing and marketing for manufacturers affiliated with three flagship retail marketing programs: Parts ProPerformance Corner and Total Truck Centers
