LAS VEGAS, Nev. All AAPEX exhibitors with products and marketing programs for the fast-growing import nameplate market are invited to participate in the popular AIA Industry Awards Program at AAPEX. Discover how the AIA Industry Awards Program can help attract buyers to your products in AIA’s high-traffic display area located near the entrance to the Sands Expo Center Upper Lobby from the Venetian.
Registration is open for this unique program, which is now in its 22nd year and is a separate program from the AAPEX New Product and Packaging showcases. Awards are provided in seven categories, ranging from best overall import aftermarket product and best new product for import cars or trucks to best new packaging and website presentation of products for import vehicles.
Program details and an entry form are at www.aftermarket.org/Resources. Click on the link that says, “2010 AIA Industry Awards.”
Special pre-show publicity in the October issues of Counterman and ImportCar magazines is available for those companies that submit entries by the Sept. 15, 2010, registration date. The fee for entries received by Sept. 15 is $140 per entry ($190 per entry after that date).
The AIA Product Awards Program offers entrants the chance for great exposure before, during and after AAPEX. All entries will have AAPEX-long exposure in the AIA Industry Awards display area and year-long exposure for photos of all entries in a gallery on the AIA website, www.aiaglobal.org. New for 2010, the virtual AIA Awards gallery will provide links to the Web sites of all participating companies.
The awards will be presented at a Nov. 2 press briefing and award recipients are honored at the AIA Luncheon and Awards Program on Nov. 3. A special post-AAPEX full-page trade press advertisement will salute award winners. Winning entrants will be able to maximize their awards in year-round advertising and marketing campaigns. Plus, of course, the free pre-show publicity advantages of registering by Sept. 15, 2010.
