Bar’s Leaks’ Head Gasket Repair Product Repackaged For Greater Shelf Presence

The new Head Gasket & Cooling Sealant box includes the standard 33.8-ounce bottle and takes up no additional shelf space, so current product displays will not have to be rearranged. The box features the same design as the bottle to reinforce the branding messages.

HOLLY, Mich. — Bar’s Leaks Head Gasket & Cooling Sealant (P/N HG-1) now comes packaged in a box for greater shelf presence and visibility. Head Gasket & Cooling Sealant still offers the same professional-grade repair capabilities that do-it-yourself customers will be looking for as temperatures heat up this spring.

The new Head Gasket & Cooling Sealant box includes the standard 33.8-ounce bottle and takes up no additional shelf space, so current product displays will not have to be rearranged. The box features the same design as the bottle to reinforce the branding messages.

“There are many benefits to using a box to house Head Gasket & Cooling Sealant,” says Clay Parks, vice president of development for Bar’s Leaks. “The package’s larger surface area stands out on crowded shelves and offers a flat, easy-to-read surface to display product information. Better visibility saves time for consumers and could lead to more sales. Plus, the box makes it easier to keep everything looking uniform when restocking.”

Head Gasket & Cooling Sealant repairs blown head and intake gaskets, cracked cylinder heads, and cooling system leaks, according to the company. It can be poured directly into the radiator of a vehicle capable of idling for 15 minutes without overheating or losing coolant. The cooling system does not have to be drained (unless it contains dirty fluid), providing an easy, no-mess fix.

The liquid sealants contained in Head Gasket & Cooling Sealant are absorbed by the gasket material. They then harden and form a barrier stronger than the original gasket, while remaining elements stay suspended in the coolant to prevent future leaks. Head Gasket & Cooling Sealant includes carbon fiber particles that reinforce the seal to provide a permanent leak fix. For maximum protection, Xtreme Cool, a proprietary wetting agent that reduces water temperature to prevent overheating, also is included.

The product is compatible with water and all types of 50-50 mix antifreeze, including yellow, orange, pink, red, blue and green silicate-based and non-silicate-based variations.

Like all Bar’s Leaks products, Head Gasket & Cooling Sealant is made in the U.S.A. It is available to distribution in case packs of four boxes.
