Centric Parts Offers Parking Brake-Specific Formulations

Centric Parts has announced several significant upgrades to its brake shoe programs - from the introduction of what the company states is the industry's first-ever parking brake-specific formulations to the availability of a new entry-level line of C-Tek Brake Shoes.

INDUSTRY, Calif. – Centric Parts has announced several significant upgrades to its brake shoe programs – from the introduction of what the company states is the industry’s first-ever parking brake-specific formulations to the availability of a new entry-level line of C-Tek Brake Shoes.
 
The new C-Tek Brake Shoe (110-Series) program offers a competitively priced entry-level option covering more than 1,000 of the most popular applications, the company says. These new C-Tek Brake Shoes are available today.
 
The Centric Premium Brake Shoe (111-Series) program, meanwhile, now includes higher friction formulas specifically engineered for parking brakes – an industry first, according to Centric. Centric has also updated its Heavy Duty Brake Shoe (112-Series) program with enhancements to both the formulations and coverage.
