I have a 2003 Chevy Blazer and the key will not come out of the ignition at times. I can restart the car and put it in park again and sometimes that works. But most of the time, I have to leave the keys in the ignition and come back 10 to 15 minutes later and the keys will come right out.

This sounds like a problem with the shift control solenoid at the base of the steering column. Further electrical testing should be performed by a techician competent in GM systems with a scan tool capable of entering and
setting the passlock antitheft system if necessary.
