MAHLE Motorsport now offers Honda/Acura K24 2.4-liter forged pistons manufactured in high-strength 2618 aluminum alloy in a slipper-skirt forging.
Designed for reliability in extreme-duty applications, this set features heavy-duty 0.250-inch wall thickness H13 tool steel wrist pins and comes complete with a nitride-steel 1.2-millimeter top, 1.2-millimeter 2nd and 2.8-millimeter oil ring set.
Dual-coated with phosphate and MAHLE’s GRAFAL skirt coating, the pistons are forged with valve pockets designed to accommodate K20 and K24 heads and fit OE 152.0-millimeter-length connecting rods and OE 22-millimeter Ø wrist pins.
