The acquisition, which was initiated when H & H CEO Richard Taylor expressed an interest in retiring, will add to ACI’s already solid efforts in signing top service dealers in the area to the Parts Plus Car Care Center program, according to Kevin Van Koevering, CEO of ACI.
“With several Car Care Centers currently enrolled, we see potential for even more growth as we bring our enthusiastic approach to ACI’s expanding market in the Detroit area,” Van Koevering said. “This was a perfect opportunity to enter a market that we didn’t previously serve but was an ideal geographic fit for our main warehouse.
