Original One Parts Launches New E-Commerce Store

The online store matches parts with the year, make and model of the vehicle and provides photos, pricing, on-hand inventory and live-chat options.

Original One Auto Parts, a portfolio company of private-equity firm Kinderhook Industries, has opened a new online parts store

Original One Parts is known as a leading provider of certified original-equipment auto parts for use in both collision and mechanical repairs. With warehouses strategically placed across the country, Original One Parts can offer 24-hour delivery in most cases, serving independent collision repair shops, dealership service centers, multi-shop locations (MSOs) and other customers, according to the company.

Now, customers also can shop online, 24/7, for items such as headlamps and other lighting, engine cradles, trailer hitches, front and rear impact bars, suspension, tow hooks and more.

The online store matches parts with the year, make and model of the vehicle and provides photos, pricing, on-hand inventory and live-chat options. Users can find the part they are looking for, or chat with a knowledgeable customer service representative at originaloneparts.com/collections.

“Over the past 18 months, the online shopping trend has grown exponentially, and we are expanding our digital platform with a robust store to better serve the needs of those customers who prefer the convenience of the online shopping experience,” said Brian Driehorst, senior VP of sales for Original One Parts.

With Original One Parts’ VINtegrity VIN-to-VIN matching and Certified Original  six-step certification process, repairers can be confident that the parts they order meet the exact fit, form, function and finish as a new part, the company asserted.
