Meguiar’s announced the launch of its all-new Meguiar’s Hybrid Paint Coating Kit, an easy-to-use spray-on coating for the everyday DIYer.
“The kit gives anyone the ability to easily obtain pro-grade protection right from home,” the company said in a news release. “TrueCure cross-linking technology allows the product to bond to itself and to paint for extreme durability against environmental and chemical contaminants, while the hybrid polysiloxane chemistry helps to provide over a year of durable paint protection.”
Upon completion, the paint is left with hydrophobic water-beading protection that makes washing and drying easier and helps to keep paint looking clean. The pro-level protectant essentially blends the best attributes of traditional ceramic paint coatings with Meguiar’s proprietary technology that allows anyone and everyone the benefit of a ceramic coating without the high cost, according to the company.
Meguiar’s Hybrid Paint Coating Kit has an MSRP of $59.99 and includes a 6-ounce surface-prep spray, 6-ounce hybrid paint coating, two Meguiar’s Supreme Shine microfiber towels and a premium microfiber applicator pad.
