I have a 1992 Pontiac Bonneville 3.8 Supercharged. When the mass air flow sensor is plugged in the cars RPMs surges when it idles. If I unplug the MAFS the RPMs raise to about 1,000 rpm. I put a brand new TPS and IACV on it.

I have a 1992 Pontiac Bonneville 3.8 Supercharged. When the mass air flow sensor is plugged in the cars RPMs surges when it idles. If I unplug the MAFS the RPMs raise to about 1,000 rpm. I put a brand new TPS and IACV on it. So would that mean the MAFS is bad? If not what is wrong? Or what should I change?

The MAF Sensor wiring has problems on these models. Check black/white wire for good ground, pink wire for steady power. If defective, repair the wiring to the MAF connector.
