On a 2000 Volkswagen Beetle, the radiator fans won’t turn even when cut the A/C on, it still will not turn. I checked the fuses, and the coil pack on top of the battery. So does this mean it can be the thermal fan switch?

I have a 1999 Dodge Avenger with the check engine light on. Code comes back with emissions gross leak. I changed the gas cap and reset code but came back on. I don’t see any gas leaking on the ground either. Any suggestions?

Every time I had it checked, I get a cylinder one misfire. I have also noticed that when the air temp seems to be “just right”, the light remains off and the car runs great. But if it is too hot or cold, the light is on and the car runs very rough. I have changed the plugs, wires, cap and rotor and the ambient temperature sensor (thinking it’s an air/fuel ratio problem). Nothing works.

The only other issue I can think of is a clogged injector but then why the on-again, off-again? Any ideas what the issue might be? Thanks

I have a 2002 Chevy Blazer, 4.3L vetch. Anytime I’m in park or mainly neutral, my gas gauge goes crazy. If I even touch the gas pedal, I lose a minimum of a quarter tank. Why is that and what can I do to solve this issue?

A faulty or burned-up wiring connector at the fuel pump module is common. The fuel sender and fuel pump are one unit inside the fuel tank. The fuel pump side of the connector generates a lot of heat and can melt the connector causing stalling and or fuel gauge inaccuracy. It’s a dangerous job to

I have a 1998 Mercury Mountaineer and I am having a problem with it dying when I stop at red lights. We have already changed everything dealing with fuel and fire, and there is no check engine light.

Somebody told me it may be in the transmission, like a lock-up sensor. What can I do to fix the problem?

I have a ‘98 Chevy pickup with the 4.3l automatic transmission.

I have a ‘98 Chevy pickup with the 4.3l automatic transmission. Lately it was giving me a lot of trouble shifting gears. After a lube service on the transmission all the gears went really nice and without hesitation. But after a week the transmission it went into neutral on all gears. Could it be the shifting solenoids or a mechanical issue??
