I have a nissan Altima 2001 that when im at a red light the motor starts acting like a miss. i can put it in neutral and the missing subsides. It doesn’t do anything while driving down the road.. It acts fine. What are some thoughts on this?

Just guessing, I’d say the IAC, but if it’s bad enough, I would hope the check engine light is on. You sure don’t want to start changing parts without knowing for sure. That gets expensive. I have a 97 camaro and it wont crank at all now. it was running fine for about a minute then would shut off, motor and tranny has been changed, would it be too much air where the front is open where the tube for the 3.8 is lost going to the air filter. can i try a after market filter? or is it a securtiy or is it something to do with the ecm, im kinda lost.

I have a ’95 Chevy Blazer S10 and the turn signal works intermintently. I want to know if i have to replace the turn signal switch or is there another problem? Sometimes when it works it will only work for a few seconds and then stop working and other times it doesn’t work at all.

In the summertime, my car locks and unlocks itself. It’s a ’96 Taurus. For instance, if I lock my car, it will keep unlocking itself. It does it as I’m driving, too!

Sounds like you have a short somewhere. It could be in the wiring or switch or actuator. Use a pin point test to find it. Matthew Vaughn O’Reilly Auto Parts  

Why do universal O2 sensors have no wiring diagram and they come with a black and white wires only? How are our customers supposed to determine which wire goes where? If they choose the wiring assembly incorrectly it will ruin the sensor.

Because they are universal. The pig tail on your factory wiring harness was not designed to be cut off and spliced to a universal sensor. The easy way around all that, and to ensure the job is done properly, is to buy an OEM sensor. Yes, it costs more, but you will have fewer headaches

I have a ’97 Dodge Neon and my speedo has a problem. When i hit a bump it works, or if it’s really warm outside and I’ve ran it for a bit, it will work.
