Tenneco Increases Monroe Quick-Strut Coverage at Record Pace

Twenty new Quick-Strut part numbers will launch in December, expanding coverage by more than 160 million vehicles in 2018.

Tenneco, Monroe Quick Strut

Tenneco has expanded the Monroe® Quick-Strut® premium replacement strut assembly product line coverage by 20 new numbers this month, bringing the year’s total to nearly 300 new part numbers introduced in 2018. Tenneco plans to continue to expand new coverage in 2019 as demand for the automotive service industry’s first complete, ready-to-install replacement strut assemblies continues to rise.

Assembled in Tenneco’s ride control production complex in Paragould, Arkansas, Monroe Quick-Strut assemblies are application-engineered to provide OE-style ride and handling and long service life.

Each unit includes a premium Monroe strut technology tuned and tested to address the unique characteristics of its corresponding application, according to the company. Also included in each assembly are a vehicle-specific coil spring technology featuring U.S.-grade steel and OE-equivalent spring design; premium, OE-style upper strut mount and bearing plate; and other high-quality components.

  • 2014-15 Ford Escape (Front & Exclusive Coverage)
  • 2009-15 Honda Pilot (Front)
